Cafe Mint Souffle Recipe
Ingredients
| 60 ml flour, all purpose | ||
| Milk | 250 Milliliter | |
| Granulated Sugar | 250 Milliliter | |
| Butter | 45 Milliliter | |
| 5 ml instant coffee crystals | ||
| 45 ml Kahlua liqueur | ||
| 45 ml Creme de Menthe liqueur | ||
| Eggs | 4 Small, separated | |
| Egg whites | 2 | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 400 degree.
MAKING
2) Take souffle dish and grease with butter.
3) Dust the bottom of the pan with sugar.
4) In a pan, whip flour with milk and bring it to boil.
5) In the mixture, stir in sugar, butter, coffee, and liqueurs.
6) Remove pan from heat and beat in the egg yolks.
7) Beat egg whites until stiff, fold in the mixture, and bake for 40 minutes.
SERVING
8) Serve hot with a chocolate fudge sauce.
