 Sugar2/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Unsweetened cocoa1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cornstarch1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour,
 2 teaspoons instant espresso granules,
 Salt1/8 Teaspoon
 Milk3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Butter1 Tablespoon
 Vanilla extract1 Teaspoon
 6 tablespoons frozen, reduced-calorie whipped topping, thawed,
 6 chocolate-coated coffee beans

Directions

1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium saucepan, stir well with a whisk. Gradually add milk, stirring with a whisk until well blended. Bring to a boil over medium heat, and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, stir in butter and vanilla.
2. Spoon 1/2 cup pudding into each of 6 dessert dishes.
