1/4 pound softened butter
 
1 egg yolk, lightly beaten
 
1 small anchovy fillet
 
1 small clove garlic, mashed
 
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
 
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
 
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
 
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
 
1/8 teaspoon fresh or dried tarragon leaves
 
1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
 
Pinch of fresh or dried marjoram

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender or bowl.
Blend or beat with an electric mixer 2 or 3 minutes, until the mixture is soft, light, and well combined.
Refrigerate Cafe de Paris Butter, covered, until ready to use.
