Cafe Brulot Recipe
In my opinion there's not another recipe better than this Cafe Brulot that is the reason I am so thrilled about introducing it to you. A good way to use up Fruits is to make some delicious Cafe Brulot. A real hit every time, this recipe is not to be missed!
Ingredients
Peel of 1 medium-sized orange
1 cup brandy
6 whole cloves
4 whole allspice
2 3-inch-long cinnamon sticks
3 tablespoons sugar
3 cups hot double-strength coffee
Directions
1. With small flower-shaped canape cutter, cut out 8 flowers from orange peel; set aside.
2. In 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, heat brandy, cloves, allspice, cinnamon sticks, sugar, and remaining orange peel until very hot. Remove from heat. Carefully ignite brandy with match. Let flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
3. Slowly pour coffee into flaming mixture. Ladle into 8 demitasse or cafe brulot cups. Garnish with orange-peel flowers.
