Microwaved Cafe Brulot Recipe
Ingredients
| Brandy | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Whole Cloves | 3 | |
| Cinnamon stick | 1 , broken | |
| Peel of 1 lemon or orange | ||
| 2 cups hot strong coffee | ||
Directions
In 1-cup glass measure, combine brandy, sugar, cloves, cinnamon and lemon peel.
Heat at HIGH 3/4 to 1 minute; stir.
Carefully flame and strain brandy into coffee.
