 Cinnamon stick2
 Orange rind1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/4 cup lemon rind
 Whole Cloves4
 5 sugar cubes
 Brandy1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Grand marnier4 Tablespoon
 Black coffee3 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Combine cinnamon, fruit rinds, cloves, and sugar in flambe pot.
Add the brandy and Grand Marnier and blend.
Ignite the mixture as it begins to boil and stir until sugar dissolves.
Add the coffee slowly and attempt to keep the flambe going.
