Cafe Brulot Recipe
Ingredients
| 3/4 cup oranay | ||
| Cinnamon stick | 1 | |
| Whole Cloves | 6 | |
| 6 to 8 sugar cubes | ||
| Sugar | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon peel strip | 2 | |
| Orange peel strip | 2 | |
| 3 cups hot strong coffee | ||
Directions
In 1 1/2-quart bowl, combine brandy, cinnamon stick, cloves, sugar cubes, lemon and orange peel.
Cook, uncovered, 1 minutes or until warm.
Ignite brandy and stir to dissolve sugar.
Slowly pour in coffee.
