Cafe Au Lait Squares Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 envs. unflavored gelatin | ||
| Skim milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Strong coffee | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Semi-sweet chocolate chocolate chips | 6 Teaspoon | |
| 6 pkgs. saccharin or acesulfame-K sugar substitute | ||
| Vanilla extract | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Put the unflavored gelatin into a medium mixing bowl.
Add the skim milk.
Stir and set aside.
In a small saucepan, bring the coffee to a boil.
Pour over the gelatin.
Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Add the other ingredients.
Coat an 8 in. (20 cm) sq. baking pan with non-stick vegetable spray.
Pour the batter into the pan.
Chill until firm.
Cut into 9 squares.
