Cafe Au Lait Shake Recipe
Ingredients
| Milk | 2 Cup (16 tbs), chilled | |
| Instant coffee | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Vanilla ice cream or coffee - 2pints, cubed | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a food processor, process milk, instant coffee, sugar with 1 pint ice cream for about 5 seconds, until the mixture gets smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into tall glasses.
SERVING
3. Serve Café au lait shake after topping with remaining ice cream and garnishing with whipped cream.
