Caesar's Chicken Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1/2 cup plain croutons | ||
| Garlic salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Romaine | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 cups cooked chicken cut in julienne strips | ||
| Artichoke hearts | 1 7 Ounce, drained | |
| 2 tablespoons grated | ||
| Parmesan cheese | ||
| Caesar Salad Dressing | ||
Directions
In small skillet melt butter; add the croutons.
Cook and stir till lightly browned.
Remove from heat; sprinkle with garlic salt.
Set aside.
Rub a large salad bowl with a cut clove of garlic, if desired.
Add the romaine, cooked chicken strips, halved artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, and croutons.
Pour the Caesar Salad Dressing over and toss salad, mixing thoroughly.
Cook and stir till lightly browned.
