Caesar Salad Recipe

I originally made this Caesar Salad for my spouse but I can't stop eating it now! It is the answer when you look for a tasty Side Dish. This Caesar Salad recipe is sure to receive rave reviews from all. Mind you, you shall be forgotten so be ready.

Ingredients

 
2 tablespoons unrefined olive oil
 
2 cloves garlic, minced
 
1 cup whole wheat bread cubes
 
1 head romaine lettuce
 
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
 
2 tablespoons unrefined olive oil
 
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
 
1/8 cup grated cheddar cheese
 
1/8 cup crumbled blue cheese

Directions

Heat a skillet.
Add the oil and garlic and saute 1 minute.
Add the bread cubes and saute until browned.
Cool.
Tear the lettuce leaves and place in a salad bowl.
Season with the sea salt.
Pour the oil over the lettuce and toss.
Break a raw egg into the salad and toss again.
Add the vinegar and toss again.
Add the cheese and bread cubes.
Toss lightly and serve.
