Ingredients

 Olive oil1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), crushed
 2 heads romaine lettuce, dried and torn into bite-sized pieces
 Egg1
 Lemon juice3 Tablespoon
 Worcestershire sauce2 Teaspoon
 1 2 ounce can anchovy fillets, chopped
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Ground pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Parmesan cheese 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 cups packaged garlic croutons

Directions

Combine oil and garlic and let stand overnight.
In a large salad bowl, toss greens with oil mixture.
Add egg to greens and toss until well coated.
In a small bowl, stir lemon juice, Worcestershire, anchovies, salt and pepper.
Add to greens and toss again.
Sprinkle on cheese and croutons and toss lightly again.
Serve immediately
