Ingredients

 Garlic1 Clove (5gm)
 Bibb Lettuce- 2 heads, tore in pieces
 Romaine Lettuce- 1 head
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Black pepper1/2 Teaspoon
 Oregano1/4 Teaspoon
 Parmesan cheese 2 Ounce, grated
 Vinegar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Eggs- 2nos, coddled for 1 minute
 Garlic Croutons1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Rub the salad bowl with a garlic clove.
2) Place the lettuce in the bowl.

MAKING
3) Sprinkle salt, pepper, oregano and cheese.
4) Lightly tossed to mix together.
5) Mix in vinegar, egg and turn the salad until no trace of egg is visible.
6) Check and adjust the seasoning.
7) Fold in the croutons.

SERVING
8) Serve at room temperature garnished with parsley sprig if desired.
