Caesar Style Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) | |
| Bibb Lettuce- 2 heads, tore in pieces | ||
| Romaine Lettuce- 1 head | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Oregano | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Parmesan cheese | 2 Ounce, grated | |
| Vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs- 2nos, coddled for 1 minute | ||
| Garlic Croutons | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Rub the salad bowl with a garlic clove.
2) Place the lettuce in the bowl.
MAKING
3) Sprinkle salt, pepper, oregano and cheese.
4) Lightly tossed to mix together.
5) Mix in vinegar, egg and turn the salad until no trace of egg is visible.
6) Check and adjust the seasoning.
7) Fold in the croutons.
SERVING
8) Serve at room temperature garnished with parsley sprig if desired.
