Caesar Salad Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 cup lemon Juice
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon vegetable salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tablespoon anchovy paste
1 teaspoon honey
3 tablespoons grated Romano cheese
3/4 cup vegetable oil
Directions
1. Put the lemon juice, water, vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic, anchovy paste, honey, and cheese in the container of an electric blender or food processor. Blend or process until smooth.
2. While blending on medium speed, add the oil gradually until the mixture thickens. Chill well.
