Caesar Salad Recipe
Ingredients

| 2 tablespoons tarragon wine vinegar | ||
| 2 cups croutons, made from sour | ||
| French bread | ||
| Ground pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Lemon juice | 1 | |

Directions
Mash garlic clove in salad bowl and rub around sides.
Add romaine, torn in fairly large pieces.
Mix in olive oil until each leaf is coated.
Scoop the soft-cooked eggs out onto the greens.
Add other ingredients, using lemon juice last.
Toss well.
