 6 cups bite-size salad greens
 Olive oil4 Tablespoon
 2 tbs lemon juice or vinegar
 Worcestershire sauce1 Teaspoon
 1 coddled egg (1 1/2 minutes in boiling water)
 Dry mustard1/2 Teaspoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 1/4 cup French dressing Garlic croutons
 2 or 3 tbs Parmesan cheese

Directions

For greens, use lettuce, romaine, endive, tiny spinach leaves, sliced green onions.
Toss well-chilled greens in a bowl and, just before serving, sprinkle with oil.
Toss to coat each leaf.
Beat the next six ingredients in a small bowl, pour over the salad and toss lightly.
Sprinkle with the croutons and cheese.
Garnish with anchovy fillets if you wish.
