Caesar Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 heads Bibb lettuce, torn into small pieces | ||
| Romaine lettuce head | 1 | |
| Garlic | 3 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| 3 tablespoons plain nonfat yogurt | ||
| Light mayonnaise | 1/ 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Red wine vinegar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1/ 2 cup freshly grated | ||
| Parmesan cheese | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Toss lettuce in a large bowl.
Set aside.
In a separate small bowl, combine the garlic, yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, and pepper to taste.
Toss lettuce with dressing.
Divide onto 6 plates.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
