Directions

MAKING
1) In a blender jar, add the shallots, Parmesan cheese, garlic, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, fresh oregano, red wine vinegar, juice of 1/2 a lemon, olive oil, fish sauce, black pepper, and kosher salt.
2) Blend the ingredients until the mixture is thickened and thoroughly blended.

SERVING
3) Use the Caesar Dressing to make Caesar Salad or as desired.
