Caesar Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup (250 ml) mayon naise
1 anchovy fillet, chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely sliced
1 tsp (5 ml) capers, chopped
1/2 tsp (2 ml) Worcester shire sauce
2 drops Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp (15 ml) Parmesan cheese, grated
Salt and pepper
Directions
– In a bowl, mix together all ingredients, and adjust seasoning to taste.
