 Cabbage1 , washed and chopped

 Mustard seeds1 Teaspoon
 Chana dal1 Teaspoon
 Onion1 , finely chopped
 Green chilies4 , slit in the middle
 Haldi1 Teaspoon
 Water2 Cup (32 tbs)
 Salt To Taste
 Coriander1 Teaspoon, finely chopped

Directions

In a kadai put oil,when it hot
Put mustard seeds,channa dal,curry leaves and fry for sec.
Then put onion,green chillies and fry till they turn to golden brown.
Then add cabbage,haldi,water and allow till they are cooked.
When it is cooked nicely and add salt.
When salt is adjusted,transfer to a serving bowl.
Garnish with coriander(1tsp)
Ready to eat with Hot chapati,rice.................

I just made it, it looked almost like the pic. yay ! It tastes nice and different from how i usually make it (which is pretty boring), the dal/pulses add a nice crunch. Thanks for posting :) P
