Ingredients

 Onion1 Small, finley chopped
 Stalk celery1 , minced
 Parsley leaves2 Tablespoon, minced
 Extra lean ground beef1 pound
 Cooked rice1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 8 large cabbage leaves, boiled 3 to 5 minutes, stems and thick veins removed
 Beer3/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Sauce)
 Chili Sauce3/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Sauce)
 Worcestershire sauce1 Teaspoon (Sauce)
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon (Sauce)

Directions

Combine onion, celery, parsley, beef, rice, salt, and pepper.
Place 1/8 of this mixture in the center of each cabbage leaf.
Fold the sides in toward the center and roll tightly.
Place in slow cooker.
Combine sauce ingredients and pour over rolls.
Cover and cook on low 7 to 8 hours.
Serve rolls with sauce ladled over each.
