Cabbage Rolls In Beer Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1 Small, finley chopped | |
| Stalk celery | 1 , minced | |
| Parsley leaves | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Extra lean ground beef | 1 pound | |
| Cooked rice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 8 large cabbage leaves, boiled 3 to 5 minutes, stems and thick veins removed | ||
| Beer | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Sauce) | |
| Chili Sauce | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Sauce) | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon (Sauce) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon (Sauce) | |
Directions
Combine onion, celery, parsley, beef, rice, salt, and pepper.
Place 1/8 of this mixture in the center of each cabbage leaf.
Fold the sides in toward the center and roll tightly.
Place in slow cooker.
Combine sauce ingredients and pour over rolls.
Cover and cook on low 7 to 8 hours.
Serve rolls with sauce ladled over each.
