Ingredients

 Shredded cabbage500 Gram
 Rice2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Onion1 Medium
 Garlic, peeled ana minced 2 cloves
 Ginger1 Inch, grated
 Green chilies, chopped fine 2
 Pay bhaji masala 2 tsp.
 Salt To Taste
 Oil of your choice
 Chopped coriander

Directions

Cook the rice and leave to cool.
Meanwhile heat oil in a thick bottomed pan and place the onions and garlic in it.
Saute till the onion turns translucent.
Then add the green chillie and ginger.
Saute for 10 seconds more.
Finally add the shredded cabbage and pay bhaji masala and toss to mix well.
Add a sprinkling of water and cook covered for not more than 5 minutes.
The cabbage should be tender but crunchy as in Chinese fried rice.
If It add salt, mix well and take off the flame.
Mix in the cooked rice, check the salt and add more if required.
Reheat if you wish, on a low flame.
Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with chopped coriander and ginger juliennes.
