Beef Cabbage Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 Ige. onion, minced | ||
| Ground beef | 1 Pound | |
| Tomato soup | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Brown minced onion in skillet; add ground beef.
Cook until browned.
In 2 1/2 quart casserole, put 3 cups of shredded cabbage; cover with meat mixture.
Top with remaining cabbage.
Season with salt and pepper.
Pour in tomato soup.
Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
