Cabbage Burger Bread Recipe
This Cabbage Burger Bread recipe is the favorite of my friend’s wife. Whenever I visit his house, she definitely serves this dish. Really this dish is delicious. Ingredients
2 lb. lean ground beef
2 med. head of cabbage
2 lg. onion
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Bread dough
Directions
Step1-Shred cabbage and combine with crumbled hamburger and chopped onion in skillet.
Step2-Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step3-Cook on medium to low and stir occasionally.
Step4-Add small amount of water if mixture becomes too dry. Mixture should steam more than fry.
Step5-Prepare bread dough and roll on a lightly floured surface.
Step6-Cut dough into 4 or 5 inch squares.
Step7-Put filling into centers, bring up corners and pinch shut.
Step8-Place seam side down on greased pan.
Step9-Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until done.
