Cabbage-And-Tomato Skillet Recipe
Ingredients
2 slices bacon
4 cups chopped cabbage
2 medium onions, chopped
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
Directions
Cook bacon in a large skillet until crisp, remove bacon, reserving drippings in skillet.
Crumble bacon, and set aside.
Add remaining ingredients to drippings in skillet, cook over medium heat, uncover, for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in bacon.
