Cabbage with Apples Recipe
Ingredients
| Cabbage-1 head, cut into wedges | ||
| Red apple | 1 | |
| Dairy sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Sour cream sauce:) | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon (Sour cream sauce:) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon (Sour cream sauce:) | |
| Lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon (Sour cream sauce:) | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Take a saucepan and cook the cabbage with some salted water for about 5 minutes.
2) Put apples and cook for another 3 minutes until tender. Drain excess liquid.
3) To make sour cream sauce mix together all the ingredients and heat nicely.
SERVING
4) Pour the sour cream sauce on the cabbage and serve.
