 Cabbage1 Small
 1 cooking apple
 2 tablespoons olive oil or bacon drippings
 Caraway seed1 Teaspoon
 Dry white wine1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Lemon wedges

Directions

Core and shred cabbage.
Peel, core, and coarsely grate apple.
Pour oil into large skillet.
Add cabbage; saute 10 minutes.
Add apple, caraway seed, and wine.
Cover; simmer 10 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
Season with salt and pepper
