Cabbage Timbaies Recipe

Ingredients
5 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 pound cabbage, shredded
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon caraway seed
Salt and fresh pepper to taste
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups light cream
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Generously grease eight 1/2-cup timbale molds with 2 tablespoons melted butter.
Cook cabbage with onion and caraway in covered skillet until barely tender, 15-20 minutes.
Stir frequently.
Puree in food processor with 3 tablespoons melted butter until smooth.
Combine with remaining ingredients.
Spoon into prepared molds; set molds in a pan of hot water.
Bake 25 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean; unmold.
