Cabbage Soup Recipe
Ingredients

| Celery ribs | 2 | |
| Carrots - 2 to 3, thinly sliced | ||
| Onion | 1 | |
| Chicken bouillon cubes | 2 | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm) | |
| Tomato juice | 1 Quart | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Water | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a slow cooker, combine together all the ingredients except for the water. To within 3-inches of the top of the cooker, add the water.
2) Cover the cooker and cook over high heat for 3 1/2 to 4 hours, till the vegetables are tender.
SERVING
3) Serve hot.
