Directions

GETTING READY
1) In a bowl combine shredded cabbage, julienned peppers and shredded carrot.
2) Sprinkle salt and mix it into the salad thoroughly.
3) Squeeze excess water from the salad. Place it in another bowl.

MAKING
4) In a pot pour oil and heat it add the mustard seeds and allow them to sizzle after that add the sesame seeds. Cook till it turns golden brown.
5) Put turmeric powder and green chili.
6) Pour the entire contents over the salad.
7) Pour lemon juice add sugar and mix well.

Serving
8) Garnish salad with pomegranate and cilantro.
