 1 small head Chinese cabbage
 Carrots2 Large
 3 tablespoons imitation mayonnaise
 Skim milk2 Tablespoon
 Cider vinegar1 Tablespoon
 Dry mustard1/4 Teaspoon
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Granulated or liquid no-calorie sweetener
 Lettuce leaves6 Large

Directions

1. Shred cabbage fine; wash and drain well. Place in a large bowl. Pare carrots and shred; add to cabbage.
2. Blend mayonnaise, milk, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper in a cup; stir in your favorite no-calorie sweetener, using the equivalent of2 tablespoons sugar. Pour over cabbage mixture; toss lightly to mix.
3. Line 6 individual salad bowls with lettuce; spoon cabbage mixture in centers. Weight-watcher's serving: 1 salad bowl or about 1 1/4 cups cabbage mixture.
