Cabbage Olive and Green Bell Pepper Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Red cabbage | 500 Gram, shredded | |
| 500 gms green cabbage, shredded | ||
| 1 1/2 cups green olives stuffed with pimento | ||
| Green bell peppers | 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Olive oil | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) (Dressing) | |
| White wine | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) (Dressing) | |
| Lime juice | 1 Teaspoon (Dressing) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon (Dressing) | |
| 1 tsp coarsely ground black pepper | ||
| 1/2 cup pine nuts or slivered almonds, lightly toasted | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. Mix all the vegetables together in a salad bowl.
2. Combine ingredients for dressing in a bowl and whisk with a fork till well blended.
3. Sprinkle dressing over salad and toss
4. Chill the salad.
SERVING
5. Sprinkle pine nuts or almonds over the salad before serving.
