Ingredients

 Red cabbage500 Gram, shredded
 500 gms green cabbage, shredded
 1 1/2 cups green olives stuffed with pimento
 Green bell peppers1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Olive oil1/3 Cup (16 tbs) (Dressing)
 White wine1/3 Cup (16 tbs) (Dressing)
 Lime juice1 Teaspoon (Dressing)
 Salt1 Teaspoon (Dressing)
 1 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
 1/2 cup pine nuts or slivered almonds, lightly toasted

Directions

MAKING
1. Mix all the vegetables together in a salad bowl.
2. Combine ingredients for dressing in a bowl and whisk with a fork till well blended.
3. Sprinkle dressing over salad and toss
4. Chill the salad.

SERVING
5. Sprinkle pine nuts or almonds over the salad before serving.
