Ingredients

| Cabbage leaves | 4 Large, cooked | |
| Crushed pineapple can | 1 398 Milliliter, drained | |
| Green onions | 4 Small, chopped | |
| Green pepper | 1 , chopped | |
| Ginger | 2 Milliliter, chopped | |
| Sunflower seeds | 45 Milliliter |
Directions
Combine the pineapple, green onions, green pepper and ginger.
Cook at 100% for 3 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
Add the diced chicken and the sunflower seeds and mix well.
Spoon a portion of the mixture onto the center of each cabbage leaf.
Fold up the cabbage leaves, secure with toothpicks, cover and cook at 90% for 3 to 4 minutes.
Serve with rice and top with a sweet and sour sauce.
