Cabbage and Potato Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Potatoes | 5 Medium | |
| 1.5 l / 2 1/2 pt / 6 1/4 cups water | ||
| 3 whole cloves of garlic, peeled | ||
| Olive oil | 4 Tablespoon | |
| 350 g / 3/4 lb cabbage or kale, finely shredded | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |

Directions
Peel and cut up potatoes, and boil in salted water, with garlic.
When soft, mash, and add olive oil and cabbage.
Boil uncovered for about 3 min.
Season to taste, and serve in bowls, with a drop of olive oil in bottom of each.
