Ingredients

 Potatoes5 Medium
 1.5 l / 2 1/2 pt / 6 1/4 cups water
 3 whole cloves of garlic, peeled
 Olive oil4 Tablespoon
 350 g / 3/4 lb cabbage or kale, finely shredded
 Salt To Taste
  black pepper1

Directions

Peel and cut up potatoes, and boil in salted water, with garlic.
When soft, mash, and add olive oil and cabbage.
Boil uncovered for about 3 min.
Season to taste, and serve in bowls, with a drop of olive oil in bottom of each.
