Ingredients
| Linguine | 2 Ounce, uncooked | |
| 1 tablespoon reduced-calorie margarine | ||
| All purpose flour | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ground mace | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Skim milk | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Shredded cabbage | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Snipped parsley | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Prepare linguine as directed on package.
Rinse with warm water.
Drain and place in medium mixing bowl.
Set aside.
Place margarine in 2-quart casserole.
Microwave at 70% (Medium High) for 20 to 30 seconds, or until margarine melts.
Stir in flour and mace.
Blend in milk.
Add cabbage and parsley.
Mix well.
Cover.
Microwave at High for 6 to 11 minutes, or until cabbage is tender-crisp, stirring after half the time.
Add linguine.
Toss lightly.
Rinse with warm water.
