1 medium-size green cabbage, finely chopped

1 carrot, finely chopped
1/4 cup (60 ml) sugar
Dressing
1/2 cup (125 ml) vinegar
1 tbsp (15 ml) prepared mustard
1 tsp (5 ml) celery seeds
1/2 cup (125 ml) vegetable oil
Directions
– In a large salad bowl, toss all vegetables. Add sugar, then toss and set aside.
