Buttery Loaf Cake Recipe

This is a lip smacking buttery loaf cake recipe which will knockout anyone who eats it. Excuse my excitement please. This buttery loaf cake is so tasty that I can not resist serving it as a dessert often. You don't need to think more. Just prepare this buttery loaf cake now!

Ingredients

 
1 pound (454 g) butter, at room temperature
 
2 1/2 cups (625 ml) confectioners sugar
 
1 tablespoon (15 ml) vanilla extract
 
6 eggs
 
3 cups (750 ml) all-purpose flour

Directions

Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
Assemble Mixer.
In large mixer bowl, cream butter, sugar, and vanilla extract at MEDIUM-LOW.
While mixing, add eggs one a time.
Add flour and slowly increase to HIGHuntil blended.
Divide batter between 2 well-greased 8 1/2x4 1/2x2 5/8-inch (22x11x7 cm) loaf pans.
Cut through batter with a rubber spatula.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
Let cool completely before removing from pan.
