Buttery Basting Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes.
Use to baste chicken, pork chops, ribs, or kabobs.
