Directions

Blend sugars and cream in 2-quart casserole.
Microwave 5 to 6 minutes on HIGH, or until sugar is dissolved and mixture is no longer grainy, stirring after 3 and 4 minutes.
Immediately add butter and vanilla.
Stir until butter melts.
Cool thoroughly.
Beat to spreading consistency.
Thin with a little cream if necessary.
