Butterscotch Chocolate Pie Recipe

1 (4-ounce) package butterscotch sugar free instant pudding mix
 
1 1/3 cups nonfat dry milk powder
 
2 1/2 cups water
 
1 chocolate-flavored pie crust
 
1 (4-ounce) package chocolate sugar-free instant pudding mix
 
1 cup light whipped topping
 
2 tablespoons chopped pecans
 
1 tablespoon miniature chocolate chips

Directions

Combine the dry butterscotch pudding mix, 2/3 cup of the dry milk powder and 1 1/4 cups of the water in a medium bowl; whisk well to blend.
Pour into the pie crust.
Combine the dry chocolate pudding mix, the remaining 2/3 cup dry milk powder and the remaining 1 1/4 cups water in a medium bowl; whisk well to blend.
Pour gently over the butterscotch layer.
Chill, covered, for at least 15 minutes.
Spread whipped topping evenly over the chocolate layer before serving.
Sprinkle with pecans and chocolate chips and serve.
