Butterscotch Bread Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Brown sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Baking soda | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Milk | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Salt | 1 Pinch | |
| 2 cups stale bread cubes | ||
Directions
Melt the butter in pan.
Add sugar; heat until well blended.
Dissolve soda in milk; add gradually to sugar mixture.
Stir until well blended; set aside to cool.
Beat eggs lightly.
Add salt and cooled milk-and-sugar mixture.
Put bread cubes into greased baking dish; pour custard over.
Bake in preheated 350°F oven about 45 minutes.
Add sugar; heat until well blended.
