Honey Zucchini Butterscotch Recipe
Ingredients
| Zucchini 1/2 cup sliced | ||
| Honey | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Butterscotch flavoring 2 teaspoons | ||
| Cold water | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Dry powdered skim milk 3/4 cup | ||
| Ice cubes crushed | ||
Directions
Put all ingredients in blender, except ice cubes.
Zoom until well blended.
Add crushed ice cubes, one at a time, with blender on high, until shake is thick.
This may take 5 to 7 cubes, depending on ice cube size.
Work quickly for a really thick shake.
Serve at once.
Chocolate: same as butterscotch, but use 2 teaspoons chocolate flavoring extract.
