Butterscotch Tarts Recipe
Ingredients
| Milk | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dairy sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 4-serving-size package instant butterscotch pudding mix | ||
| 1/3 cup coarsely crushed peanut brittle | ||
| 4 graham cracker tart shells | ||
Directions
In mixer bowl blend milk into sour cream; add pudding mix.
Beat on low speed of electric mixer about 2 minutes or till well blended.
Fold in 1/4 cup of the peanut brittle.
Pour into tart shells.
Sprinkle with remaining peanut brittle.
Chill in freezer 30 minutes.
