Butterscotch Pie Recipe

Ingredients
Pastry shell, baked
2 pkgs. chocolate-flavored sugar-free pudding mix
1 qt. skim milk
1 phg. butterscotch flavored sugar-free instant pudding mix
Directions
Combine chocolate pudding mix and 2 cup (500 mL) of milk in a saucepan.
Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil.
Set aside and allow to cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
Combine butterscotch pudding and the remaining 2 cup (500 mL) of milk in a second saucepan.
Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil.
Set aside and cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
Pour half of the butterscotch mixture into the bottom of the prepared pastry shell.
Refrigerate until set.
Pour all of the chocolate pudding on top of the butterscotch pudding in the pie shell.
Cover with remaining butterscotch pudding.
Chill until completely set.
