Butterscotch Log Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 6-oz. pkg. butterscotch chips | ||
| Sweetened condensed milk | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vanilla | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pecans | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
Melt butterscotch chips over low heat.
Remove from heat and add the remaining ingredients.
Chill.
Form into a 12-inch roll on waxed paper.
Mark the surface of the roll with a fork.
Brush with 1 egg white mixed with 1 teaspoon water.
Press pecan halves over the top.
Chill and cut into 1/2-inch slices.
