Butterscotch Confections Recipe
Ingredients
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Safflower oil | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Molasses | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Honey | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vanilla | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 2/3 cup peanut flour | ||
| 1/2 cup noninstant, nonfat milk powder | ||
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Oat flour | 3 Teaspoon | |
| Walnuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
Beat eggs until light and thick.
Add oil, molasses, honey, and vanilla.
Combine dry ingredients and nuts in a bowl.
Stir egg mixture into dry mixture.
Spread evenly in a well-greased 9 x 12-inch pan.
Bake at 350° about 30 minutes, or just until surface is firm to the touch.
Cool on a wire rack before cutting.
