Butterscotch Chocolate Fudge Recipe
Ingredients
13 oz. can skim evaporated milk
1 cup water
1/4 cup cornstarch
3 tsp granulated sugar replacement
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup butterscotch chips
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Directions
Combine evaporated milk, water, cornstarch, sugar replacement, chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in saucepan.
Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens and chips are melted.
Cool.
Stir in vanilla extract.
Beat with an electric mixer until light.
Stir in walnuts.
Turn into buttered 9 in. (23 cm) sq. baking dish.
Spread evenly.
Cool and cut in 1 in. (2.5 cm) squares.
Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens and chips are melted.
