Butterscotch Bars Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (6 oz) pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Directions
Cream butter and sugar.
Blend with flour and salt.
Press evenly into 8-inch dish.
Microwave (high) 3 1/2-4 1/2 minutes, rotating 1/4 turn halfway through cooking.
In 1 cup glass measure melt chips (high) 1 minute.
Frost bars.
Sprinkle with nuts.
Rest until cool.
