 Chicken broth3 Can (30 oz)
 Water2 Can (20 oz)
 Heavy cream1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Chopped parsley1 Teaspoon (garnish)

Peel off the skin of butternut squash & seed it.Cut it into pieces.Mix all the remaining ingredients but for cream,that will be used later.Boil it once & simmer it over for 40 mintues.Now churn the soup mix in a blender.Once it is all well blended,drop the mixture in a sauce pan & bring to a boil.Serve it hot & garnish it with cream & parsley.
