Butternut-Apple Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 butternut squash, peeled, seeded, and cut into chunks | ||

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine squash and apples with lemon juice and cinnamon.
Place squash-apple mixture in a 1-quart casserole and sprinkle with brown sugar.
Pour apple juice over mixture and cover casserole.
Bake for 1 hour or until squash is fork-tender.
